The bossa princess is taking her music on a different angle: Bossarock. Yes, you read it right. It is some sort of an assimilation of bossa and rock genre. I never imagined the sweet and finesse Sitti Navarro turning into a hot rocker chic…not until I saw her huge tarpaulin displayed at the Greenhills Center. Dramatic change indeed. It worked pretty well, I must say, for curiosity and intrigue started to haunt me after seeing that total make over. I guess the transformation is not for good though. It was just to set off for her upcoming concert on March 16 & 23, 2007, titled ‘Sitti…Bossa Rocks!!!’ at the Music Museum with special guests including Mo Twister, Jan Nieto of Philippine Idol, Cooky Chua of Color it Red, Jet Pangan of the Dawn and Aya of Imago.
Looking back, Sitti spent her 22nd birthday at Cravings Tomas Morato last November 29, 2006. And as her way of showing respect and appreciation to the entire Cravings Group, she will be guesting for the grand launching of C3 EventsResto, another Cravings Group affiliate on Friday, March 9, 2007.
