Work overload. Stress. Relationship failure. Stress. Family Problems. Stress. Life comes at us in all directions. There are times when stress seemed to be hectically chasing us until we finally lose our breath. Take a break!

  1. 1. Smile. Start your day right by painting a smile on your face. Today is a new day. A new day deserves new style and new attitude towards the challenges of life.

  1. 2. Have some time alone. This is your time to know yourself more. Have some self-assessment and act on your realizations.

  1. 3. Have a drink. A cup of coffee or tea and a glass of red wine will do to wash all the negative thoughts away. It also has antioxidants that are good for the health. Also, it lowers the risk of kidney diseases for women according to Harvard University studies.

  1. 4. Take a walk. The breezy fresh air will give you ample time to cool off. Feel the air and let it flow gently around you. This works best when you're outside.

  1. 5. Hydro-therapy. Wash your troubles away with water. Release your pain and anxiety by taking a regular hydrotherapy. Experience hydro spas or the rejuvenating promise of Jacuzzi to relieve that stress away.

  1. 6. Aromatherapy. It offers both psychological and physical replenishment by the power of the natural essential oil and its naturally occurring chemicals when drawn into the lungs.

  1. 7. Massage. Pressing, stretching and bending aligns and balances energy channels that can rejuvenate youthful vitality. It also relaxes sore muscles and improves blood circulation which is good for our health.

  1. 8. Repeat a mantra. “I feel relaxed and wonderful”, say this line as many times as necessary.

  1. 9. Eat your most favorite food. It will surely loose all the tension hanging on your chest.

  1. 10. Release. You must have an outlet where you can release your emotional stress. Write, paint, sing or any art form that could turn your negative feelings into a positive creation.
